I met Krysia in 2023 when she was appointed as an independent trustee. From the get-go, we knew she was the correct person for the job. She is clued up on the sectional title rules and was instrumental in obtaining the contractor that did the refurbishment of the block, which took over a year. The contractor did an excellent job, and Krysia was on site weekly to check up on the progress and, in general, to oversee the running of the block, attending to the security staff and also our cleaner.

She dealt professionally with any problems from residents, was always available for advice, and is approachable and friendly. Also, she has a number of trustworthy contractors she uses. She is unafraid of a challenge, and I can highly recommend her.
Krysia was with our body corporate for just under two years, and we were sorry to see her leave.
